Sometimes the perfect gift is something made...

•8oz Jar (such as a mason jar)
•Bowl
•Spatula
•Ribbon
•Small card
•Candy Cane
•1 cup salt, Kosher, Epsom or Sea Salt
•Almond oil or another high quality carrier oil.
•1-2 fresh sprigs of Rosemary
•6 drops Spearmint extract found at local grocery store.

Put your salt in the bowl and pour the oil until the salt is the consistency of wet sand. Pull leaves of Rosemary branch and coarsley chop. Then mix your spearmint and fresh Rosemary into the salt till the rosemary is a bit wilted or softened. Pour into your mason jar, close lid, tie ribbon, candy cane and attach card with scrub recipe on it.

Come out to the Spa at PGA National on December 9th at 12:30pm and we can make them together!
We are also having a kids event on Christmas Eve, December 24th from 1pm to 2pm. The kids and I are going to make gifts for mom! So, be sure to plan on bringing your kids that day!
This Friday December 9th at the Spa at PGA National at 12:30pm, I will be demonstrating how to make a Rosemary Spearmint Salt Scrub Spa gift at home. This scrub is really nice in the shower for all over your body or keep next to your sink and use it while washing your hands. The salt will keep your skin smooth, the oil will keep your skin soft, spearmint will invigorate you. As an added bonus Rosemary strengthens capillaries and is loaded with antioxidants to help keep skin young! Use 2-3 times a week!
