Tip of the Week from Zuly Morales, Lead Esthetician: Soothe Yourself with Chamomile Tea and Peppermint



Looking for a quick way to soothe and calm? Mix fresh chamomile tea with a little peppermint essential oil, pour into small spray bottle (keep in refrigerator) and mist yourself through out the day. This will help sooth irritated skin and calm the nervous system.

If you have Phytomer Oligomer Freeze Dried Sea Water put a little scoop into your spray bottle to make it remineralizing as well.
