Green tea, lemon, and olive oil scrub

This recipe using a few simple ingredients from your very own kitchen works fabulously as an exfoliant on rough and callused heels, as an exceptional hand treatment or as a body scrub to use from head to toe for smooth and supple skin. To apply simply wet area and massage lightly into the skin. Rinse thoroughly and followed by your daily lotion.

Recipe:
8 oz. Salt
1 tsp. green tea leaves
1 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 cup olive oil

Mix all ingredients together. Let sit for 3 hours before use, this step will allow tea leaves to release their beneficial properties.

Beauty Tip of the Week: Chocolate & honey make a super antioxidant mask
