Tip of the week: Use Salicylic Acid Products to Avoid Breakouts

Tip of the week from Lead Esthetician, Zuly Morales: Diminish the swelling and help the appearance of breakouts by using salicylic acid products like Zo Skin Health Offects TE-PADS Acne Pore Treatment and then depend on your makeup to do the rest!

There are lots of special occasions coming up this time of the year but one of the most special occasions is your wedding day!! This week I want to dedicate my blog to a very dear friend that got married this weekend. So what makes me an “expert?”

I guess you could say I was born into the beauty industry. Being the eldest daughter of a busy working single mom, I grew up completely immersed in the salon, skin care, and beauty worlds. Through my mother's extensive 40-year experience as a cosmetologist, skin care clinic owner, and as the U.S. distributor for an Italian anti-aging skin care product line, I was afforded the opportunity to learn about the importance of skin care at a young age. By 14, I was already receiving training from some of the world’s leading skin care lines.

After graduating from high school, I decided on an education in massage therapy that encompassed modalities such as Craniosacral, Pre-Natal Massage, and Healing Touch Therapy. At 19, I became the youngest therapist at PGA National Resort. Since then, I've worked in a wide variety of services including: Massage, Body Wraps, Hydrotherapy, Body Exfoliation, and ultimately my specialization in Skin Care. I became the Lead Esthetician 11 years ago where I've been able to head up and train the best esthetician team in South Florida!

Being passionate about what I do affords me the opportunity to ignite that same passion in my team at PGA National Resort & Spa. I’m so excited to share some of my insight with you on “Beautifully Delicious” and encourage you to contact me directly with your own tips, hints and suggestions!
