DIY Strawberry Scrub

Here is a great strawberry scrub for you to create at home...
Homemade Strawberry Scrub

Ingredients:
1 strawberry
1/2 tsp of cornmeal

Smash your strawberry with a fork till all the lumps are flat. Then mix with cornmeal till well blended. Apply to face in a circular motion concentrating on problem areas. You may apply a honey mask over it and leave on for 15 minutes or just rinse and continue with your normal skincare regime.

Strawberries are packed with antioxidants and vitamin C. The Citric acid in strawberries help to break down the glue like substance that keeps dead skin cells together and the cornmeal serves as a safe manual exfoliant that gently lifts the loosened dead skin cells.
